A few weeks ago, Samsung released the Android 14-based One UI 6.0 beta update to the Galaxy A34 5G in India. Later, the company continued releasing new One UI 6.0 beta updates. Today, Samsung has released the fourth One UI 6.0 beta update in India to bring bug fixes and performance improvements.
The fourth One UI 6.0 beta update for the Galaxy A34 comes bearing firmware version A346EXXU4ZWJ8. It is a 606MB update that fixes reported bugs, improves the overall software stability, and improves the VoNR toggle. Samsung mentioned in the official changelog of this update that some financial apps (like Google Play and PhonePe) are still not running properly. The company could fix those issues in the upcoming beta updates.
Android 14-based One UI 6.0 brings several new features and improvements to the design of the software. This update brings a brand-new Quick Panel, improved notifications design, a new media player widget with waveform animations, and more lock screen clock widget styling/placement options. The Quick Panel can be accessed instantly by swiping once from the top right corner of the screen. There is a two-hand drag-and-drop gesture for moving multiple files together.
Samsung has also added simplified image editing controls. The stock camera app has also received a simpler design. Pop-up windows continue to work when the multitasking menu is activated. There is a brand-new emoji design, picture previews in the Share Sheet while sharing images, a new Weather Insights widget, and a new Custom Camera widget. Author's Note: Since Samsung has already released four One UI 6.0 beta updates to the Galaxy A34 5G, most critical bugs may have been solved. The company will continue to fix bugs as and when it finds them with new beta updates. The Galaxy A34 5G might get two or more beta updates before Samsung decides to release the stable Android 14 update to the smartphone. While the Galaxy S23 received nine beta updates, the Galaxy A34 5G might not receive as many, and you could look forward to getting the stable Android 14 update by the end of this month.
